Every now and then, we create a design that doesn’t make it into our main collection—not because there’s anything wrong with it, but because it was part of our creative journey.

These pieces are genuine samples, prototypes or one-off designs that helped shape future collections. They are beautifully made, fully functional and crafted with the same care as every Kit & Hop bag, but they won’t be going into full production.

That means when they’re gone, they’re truly gone.

Whether it’s an early sample, a colourway we decided not to continue, or a unique design made during development, each piece is a little part of the Kit & Hop story.
